Rugby Preseason STRENGTH & POWER (Gym) Program
This program is designed for any amateur to semi-professional rugby players that want to develop themselves physically to prepare for competition. It is a well-rounded performance program that will improve your overall injury resilience and bulletproof your body like never before so that you can hold your own out on the field.
The program is offered as a 3-day/wk OR 4-day/wk program — either 3 full-body sessions or 4 sessions in an upper/lower split format, depending on your availabilities to train. It is comprised of three 4-week blocks that total a complete 12 week preseason.
N.B. For those of you who are new to training in the gym, I would recommend checking out our FREE Starter Essentials program to get you up to speed prior to beginning this preseason program.
