Joseph is the Co-Founder and Director of Coaching at Infinite Performance. After progressing from formal education and completing certifications to become a strength and conditioning coach, Joseph started out with athletic performance internships at the professional level of sport, with teams such as the Penrith Panthers in the NRL. He then went on to coach at a semi-professional level in both the Ron Massey Cup and NSW Cup competitions with the Newtown Jets and their feeder teams. More recently, after a partnership had been formed between Infinite Performance and North Sydney Bears RLFC, Joe took on the role as Head of Strength & Conditioning for their premier women’s team.

Amongst these experiences in rugby, Joseph also had the opportunity to work at Knox Grammar School with a wide range of students from various sports, helping to develop them all the way from Years 7 to 12.

Joseph’s training philosophy is centred on maximising performance and injury resilience through a systems-based approach, delivering effective programs to athletes of any sporting background. He is a coach that places great value on getting to know the person behind the athlete, and also ensures there is focus put towards their ‘mental game’ at all times.

Joseph’s own sporting experience comes from 10+ years of high-level football (soccer) and 7+ years in competitive Muay Thai kickboxing, including many years of coaching in both.

Clay Robinson
Director of Operations

Qualifications

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)

Clay is the Co-founder and Director of Operations at Infinite Performance. He started his PT career on an 18-month stint in Scotland and now boasts more than 7 years experience in the fitness industry. Throughout this time, Clay has worked with 200+ clients guiding them to achieve a variety of goals. Amongst this journey, he has contributed to over 1000kg of weight loss with the sum of his clients, having some reach as much as 42kg individually. Despite these impressive results, Clay prides himself on positively effecting people’s lives rather than solely focusing on a number. That always comes second to him.

The main focus of Clay’s training revolves around developing functional strength and fitness that enables his clients to improve their performance in everyday life. He puts great effort into building a strong connection with his clients so that he can understand them on a deeper level and work on progress both inside and outside of the gym.

Clay enjoys living a very active lifestyle and practices what he preaches in the gym. And when you don’t find him on the golf course, he will be spending quality time with the love of his life - his dog - Stella.

Evie Watts
Strength & Conditioning Coach

Evie’s passion lies in the sports industry, where she enjoys working with both athletes and the general population. She believes that connecting with her clients on a personal level is fundamental to achieving long-term success. By building these connections, Evie gains a deeper understanding of each client’s goals and motivations, allowing her to create personalized programs that drive sustainable progress.

In line with her belief in practicing what you preach, Evie leads an active lifestyle, continuously pushing her own limits to become a better coach. She recognizes that there’s no endpoint to learning and embraces all forms of exercise and strength training to expand her expertise. From refining her weightlifting techniques to exploring the intricacies of Pilates, Evie is committed to broadening her skill set so she can provide a diverse range of training styles and cater to a variety of clients.

Evie’s personal experience in sports includes playing 7s Rugby, AFL and Touch. Her varied athletic background not only fuels her passion for the industry but also equips her with valuable insights into the demands of different sports, which she applies to her coaching methods. At Infinite Performance, Evie strives to empower her clients to smash their goals and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
