Perform For Life Program
The perfect generalist gym program for those looking to get in shape or stay fit and strong for all of life’s challenges.
The program is comprised of 3 full-body strength sessions/wk.
Each session aims to target the major muscle groups in both the upper and lower body, with a hint of some conditioning throughout.
This program can essentially be run for as long as you like. There is enough variation so that it should keep you progressing for quite a while - particularly those beginner or intermediate lifters.
