“It was a no-brainer when reaching out to Infinite Performance because they provided individualised plans, performance testing, and recovery services to help athletes like me. They have helped with managing my injuries and training loads by adjusting my programs to ensure I hit top performances both in the gym and on the pitch.

This pushed me to find out what it all was about and if it could help me, because at the time I was lifting weights at the gym like any other young bloke thinking that the general weight lifting ideas of ‘Chest and Back, Shoulders and Legs’ was the right thing to do to help my athletic career.

Once I started at Infinite, it didn’t take long to realise that the way I should’ve been training was way off to my current training.
